I usually work for an hourly rate. For entrepreneurial clients, the hourly rate is EUR 250 plus VAT. For start-up companies and non-profit organizations, the hourly rate is EUR 220 plus VAT.
Contracts create clarity. Clarity about what the contractual partners expect from each other. Clarity avoids conflicts. Contracts regulate cooperations that bring added value. Good contracts maximize added value. Contractual provisions are often null and void under German Law. Professional contracts are effective or take this into account.
Media law is still in its infancy. Writing contracts for new products and processes and applying existing law requires natural access to new media and staying up to date.
